- Client Materials: Any logos, footage, or assets provided by the client remain the client’s property. By providing them, you grant us the right to use them strictly for the project.
- Produced Content: Upon full payment, the final video deliverables become the property of the client. However, Feel The Frame retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Creative Rights: All raw footage, project files, and drafts remain the property of Feel The Frame unless specifically purchased by the client.
5. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your projects and information. Any non-public details shared will not be disclosed to third parties, except as necessary to deliver the project or comply with legal obligations.
6. Limitation of Liability
- While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., increased sales or guaranteed engagement from produced content).
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from use of our website or services.
- In any case, our liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project.
